Delete your account

You can delete your Fellmark account and the activities, media, and profile data we store for you in two ways:

• In the app (fastest): open Account, then Delete account and cloud data. You will be signed out and your cloud data removed. Local data on the device is cleared as part of that flow.
• By email: send a request from the email address on your account to luke@fellmark.app. We will verify ownership and complete deletion within a reasonable time.

Deletion removes data held on Fellmark services (including synced routes, photos, voice notes, and notes) subject to short backup retention described in our Privacy Policy. Purchases and billing are handled by Apple or Google; cancelling a subscription is done in your store account settings.
