Fellmark (“we”, “our”, or “us”) explains here how we handle personal information when you use our mobile app, website, and related services (together, the “Service”). This policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service.

Where GDPR applies, we rely on performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, product improvement, limited analytics that are not intrusive), and consent where required (e.g. certain permissions on your device).

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for third-party behavioural advertising.

Retention

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. After you delete your account, we remove your data from live systems within a reasonable period; residual copies in backups may persist for a limited time before automatic expiry. Tombstoned or deleted activity data may be purged from servers on a schedule (e.g. after several months) as described in our technical operations.

Your choices and rights

You can manage many permissions in your device settings. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data subject to applicable law.

EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may exercise CCPA rights as described below.

International transfers

We and our processors may process data in the UK, EEA, US, and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for transfers from the EEA/UK.

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “Updated” date will change. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate.
